Wayne has more than 40 years of experience in his career as a fundraising consultant and as a senior executive with leading not-for-profit institutions.  His affiliations have included the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation, Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, Hackensack University Medical Center, New York Medical College, St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center, Liberty Science Center and Yuma Regional Medical Center.

His professional background includes extensive experience in all facets of fundraising, marketing, leadership and organizational development for health care, education, religious, cultural and social service organizations throughout the U.S., including Hawaii.  His international experience includes Venezuela and Jamaica.  He has managed numerous capital campaigns, directed high performing teams of professionals responsible for annual and planned giving programs, grants/program management and major special events; as well as created and led philanthropic efforts to raise funds for local initiatives. 

Among his accomplishments, Wayne served as Northeast Regional Director for the national capital campaign, chaired by Lee Iacocca, that raised over $400 million to restore the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. He has also served as a board member for local charities including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey.

A graduate of Drew University with a degree in English, Wayne and his wife, Trisha, are parents of two grown children and grandparents to two granddaughters.
