We are excited to share the news that Dr. Marc Harrison, President and CEO of Intermountain Healthcare, has been named to Fortune magazine’s “World’s Greatest Leaders” list. Dr. Harrison was listed No. 26 among the top 50 leaders from around the globe who are transforming the world and inspiring others to do the same.
The magazine focused on Dr. Harrison’s impact on healthcare transformation, specifically citing his development of Civica Rx as an example of his pioneering management. He is the first leader of a hospital/healthcare system ever to be included on Fortune’s list.
Others on the Fortune list include Bill and Melinda Gates at No. 1, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, Apple CEO Tim Cook, and former FDA commissioner Scott Gottlieb.
